The project Dolni Lomnice – Kunice is situated in a quiet and easily accessible location on the edge of a preserved country estate. The context of the whole area and extremely favorable landscape conditions led to a plan of plots with differences according to their relationship to public places, landscape configuration and to their connection with the natural surroundings.
The intensity of the proposed site culminates in the area along the square.
The free-ranging form of the site reaches from this point and extends to the edges of the site, the surrounding forest complexes. The Southern part of the site is intended for detached houses built on the southern sloping hillside above the preserved oak alley.
The approved regulatory plan Kunice – Dolni Lomnice enables high-class architecturally designed family housing with a high utility standard.
Regulatory requirements encourage creative solutions of contemporary design, while preserving the basic principles that define compact as well as a free form of rural plot.
